The 2027 14U Pilot
One 14U team. Sixteen athletes. One measurable proof of concept.
The long-term vision is a full pathway of sponsored teams from 10U through 17U. But we're building it responsibly: prove the system with one team, measure everything, strengthen donor confidence — then expand into additional age groups.
Every athlete in the pilot receives:

Assistance follows a fixed, board-approved formula based on verified household income. It is need-based, private, and applied identically to every family.

- Every family contributes something — there are no 100% free rides.
- Financial need never influences athletic roster selection. Coaches choose the team; a separate process determines aid.
- Family financial documents remain private — reviewed only by one designated verifier, never by coaches or the full board.
- Scholarship decisions follow a written, board-approved policy with a blind review committee.
- Funds are paid directly toward approved team and training expenses — never as cash to families.
- Donors cannot personally choose scholarship recipients.
- The board and a three-person scholarship committee provide oversight, with conflict-of-interest controls.

Restricted Scholarship Fund
Scholarship gifts are held in a restricted fund with its own ledger, released only against documented services — and never absorbed into general operations. Payments go directly to approved providers, never as cash to families.
Reconciliation & Controls
Monthly internal reconciliation, dual approval on material payments, separation of duties, and conflict-of-interest controls — no single person requests, approves, and reconciles the same transaction.
Reporting Calendar
Monthly internal close, quarterly board reporting, quarterly donor impact updates, and a public annual impact report — covering scholarship-fund utilization, attendance records, free training athlete-hours, development results, academic compliance, and budget versus actual.
Privacy Protected
