How athlete matching works (and why): IRS rules for charitable gifts mean donors can't direct a tax-deductible gift to a named individual. So you don't pick your athlete — 360 Elite Performance assigns the sponsored athlete(s) your giving level supports, under its approved need-based scholarship policy. You still get the face, the story, and the season — your athletes appear on your account with family media consent, and your support genuinely funds their access. Consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.
