The Commitment — Read With Your Family

Training commitment. The athlete is ready to train consistently — up to five days per week, most of the year — inside the EP4 development system. *

Academic accountability. We agree to share report cards each grading period. Athletes below the academic standard get a support plan — the goal is help, not punishment. *

Every family contributes. We understand 360 is not free: assistance is need-based and every participating family pays a share sized to its verified ability. *

About money & privacy: this application contains no financial questions on purpose. Coaches never see family finances. If your athlete is offered a roster spot, families may then apply for need-based assistance through a separate, confidential process reviewed by one designated verifier — never by coaches, never by the full board. Assistance follows a fixed formula (90% / 30% / 0% by verified household income) and every family contributes something.
