Authorized Access
The 360 Hub
The 360 Hub is the organization's internal operating system — donations and donor records, sponsorships, grant applications, scholarship administration, athlete enrollment and training attendance, free training athlete-hours, academic records, development metrics, board documents, financial reports, and website content.
Access is role-based. Each role sees only what its duties require:
- Super Admin — full system administration
- Board Member — governance documents, dashboards, minutes
- Treasurer — finances, restricted funds, payment approvals
- Scholarship Committee — blind review packets only (no tax documents)
- Program Administrator — athletes, enrollment, attendance
- EP4 Program Staff — session logs and development metrics
- Read-Only Auditor — inspection access, no editing
Integration status: hosted authentication (accounts, passwords, role assignment) is pending backend deployment. Until then the Hub runs in local mode on authorized devices only, and no private data is exposed through this public page.
